Consultation forms
Before treating any new client I will always give a consultation.
This allows not only me as the
therapist to introduce myself to the client but also gives he client
the opportunity to ask any
questions that they may have regarding myself and the treatment
itself. We fill out a consultation
sheet so I can get an idea of the client's background and ensure
that the treatment is suitable. All
information regarding the client is kept in strict confidence and
adheres to the Data Protection Act.

All treatments are performed in quiet, comfortable and private
spaces at professional health centres and the Goldstone Clinic
presently works from the following locations:
